ENSURE MEMBERSHIP MARKETING RECEIVES ADEQUATE FUNDING.

We’ve invested quite a bit of resources in incentives towards membership(individual and chapter). We must be willing to continue providing resources and continue funding our membership marketing with a view toward the lifetime value of our members.

Over the course of the past several administrations we have invested quite a bit of resources in incentives towards membership( individual and chapter). We must be willing to continue providing the same level of resources and continue funding our membership marketing with a view towards the lifetime value of our members. I am also of the opinion that some resources should be diverted to state budgets as incentives to grow within their respective states. Additionally, we should also invest in our brothers who consistently and annually invest in the organization. We should consider implementing a loyalty program. We could recognize brothers based on the number of years that are financial with the organization would receive discounts with Sigma Exchange; as well as, discounts with state, regional, and conclave conferences.
